POS is a trucking company management platform, including customer management, truck and Chassis management, driver management and other basic information management.
POS is operated under different authorities and different jobs/roles。
The DO module allows users to import Delivery Orders and tracks the LFD and ETA of the container.
The Dispatch module will make an appointment for the container arriving at the port, assign the driver, set the chassis, make appointment of the pick-up/Empty-In of containers.
The module will track the location of each container, the location delivered, and the delivery time. At the same time, it also records the possible costs incurred at ports and the situation of picking up the container for creating invoices.
The Invoice module is used to generate customer invoices. The system generates invoices according to the pre-input template at different rates in different delivery locations, which can be printed and PDF documents can be generated.
